Thank you for choosing uuglownest! While we hope you’re completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s everything you need to know about returning an item to us:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (ready for resale).
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items should be returned in the original packaging (not just the shipping bag).

Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?

Yes, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. While we don’t charge restocking fees, please note that you’ll be responsible for the cost of return postage, including insurance. We recommend insuring high-value items during return shipping to avoid any unfortunate issues.

How to Process Your Return

Returning an item is simple:

  1. Send us an email at lin.junjie@yything.com with "RETURN" as the subject line.
  2. Provide your order number and list the item(s) you want to return.
  3. Let us know the reason for your return (this helps us improve our products and services).

Packing Your Return

It’s important to pack your items carefully. You are responsible for the product until it arrives back with us. If an item is damaged or goes missing during return shipping, we won’t be able to issue a refund or replacement.

After You Return Your Item

Once we receive your return:

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for us to inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 working days after the inspection.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items in unused and resalable condition. If you’d like to exchange an item, simply reach out to us at lin.junjie@yything.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide us with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.

After 30 days, your order will be considered accepted, and no refunds or replacements will be offered.

Refund Not Received?

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet (allow up to 10 working days for inspection and 3-5 working days for processing), please check with your bank, as it may take some time to post.
